This is the Remix: Winterizing

Hey Loves! I just wanted to come through with a post of the fit that I shared on Facebook and Instagram. First let me say, I'm so glad that my computer is back to normal and I am able to resume being consistent. I have a lot of thing to share with you all so thanks for sticking with me. Now onto the outfit.

I wanted to give you all some styling tips on how to convert your summer faves into winter loves. The key to getting extra miles on your summer duds is layering. Layer for warmth, of course. But also layer for a different look. Layering will also give you a color blocked effect and make an old piece look new again. Ladies, of course we layer our tanks but why not try layering your strapless shirts/dresses and even your skirts. A short black skirt over a colored pencil skirt would be oh so cute.

Here, I have layered my Leopard Flower Bomb dress to be cute, easy and completely functional for this crisp Maryland whether. Underneath I have on a cropped turtleneck and fishnet tights. The little black jacket added some edge to the ultra feminine print. I added the scarf for a fun pop of color and the wedge booties finished the look. I will wear and re wear this dress over and over again but I will always style it different then before.

The dress is ASOS (straight sizes). The jacket is from Ashley Stewart, infinity scarf is from Torrid. And the booties are from Rainbow.
