As of week six, I am happy to say that I am 13 pounds down. That's about a two pound per week weight lose. Like I said, some days are better that others but I try to be consistent with my choices. Cutting out the junk and processed foods have really helped. I drink a tun of water everyday (even on my unhealthy days). Here are a few of my favorite meals. Even though I'm eating healthier, I refuse to eat like a rabbit.
